You will learn paddle techniques and the basics of how to safely handle & operate your paddleboard. Time will be given to paddle and explore to warm up, followed by the instructed yoga class. Each session will end with a final relaxation!
When to Arrive
Please arrive on location at least 15 minutes before your class start time to sign waivers.
*If class is at FRP-LaGrange Quarry please allow plenty of time for entry and front gate check-in, lines can get long.
